FEU-FERN Grade School has recently been invited to show their intellectual prowess by competing against three other schools in Season 2 of CAMPUS CHALLENGE – a quiz show aired every Sunday at UNTV cable channel with hosts Zahra Bianca Saldua and Sib Sibulo.

Participants of this quiz show were selected fifth and sixth graders from various public and private schools. They were asked questions from different categories ranging from arts, literature, pop culture, word-o-poly, math, geography, science and technology, history, sports and environmental awareness. These were posted on a large screen in tile format. The team who was able to answer the question was given a chance to pick a category and guess the mystery picture formed behind the upturned tile for additional prize.

The representatives from our school were Kyla Isaac and Jafe Castada from the sixth grade class and  Zarlyn Rosuello and Andrea Señeres from the fifth grade class. Kyla and Zarlyn went upstage as our main players while Jafe and Andrea, their alternates, tried their best to answer the questions and support their teammates. FEU-FERN won on points against Bagong Diwa Elementary School, Sovereign Shepherd School of Values and Learning, and Fernando Ma. Guerrero Elementary School.

The said episode will be aired on (cable channel) UNTV this Sunday, November 20, 2011, at 9:00 – 11:00 am.
