The FEU-FERN Baby Tamaraws soccer team defeated International School of Manila, and thus won its second championship in the recently concluded RIFA Cup held last November 5, 2011 at the International School Manila.
The Baby Tamaraws, in the early goings, had created numerous attempts but these were not converted. The ISM proved their worth as they played strong defense which made it difficult for the Baby Tamaraws to score.
Harold Alcoresa, who is one of the offensive threats of the Baby Tamaraws, proved himself by scoring the only goal during the second half. Alcoresa’s goal paved the way for them to grab the championship again.
