| FEU-FERN COLLEGE is now a member of the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities. The Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities (PACU) is the oldest educational organization in the Philippines representing 180 private higher education institutions (HEIs). PACU speaks as private higher education voice in matters of public policy and provides vital programs, information and forum for dialogue on key issues. Membership in PACU Membership in PACU is open to government-recognized private HEIs within the Philippines. In most cases, the chief executives of these institutions represent their campuses in PACU activities. Our Vision PACU envisages nation-building through transformative private education in a deregulated environment for the global Filipino. Our Mission PACU recognizes education's responsibility to society, and upholds the belief that access to relevant and quality education is the cornerstone of democratic society.
