Admission Policy

Application Materials

Students interested in attending FEU-FERN College can pick up an application form from the Guidance or Admission’s Office. The application process requires the following:

For Preschool (Kinder and Preparatory):

• Age for Kinder must be at least 3 ½ years old
• Age for Preparatory must be at least 5 years old
• Photocopy of the Birth Certificate

For Grades 1-6 and first to fourth year high school:

• Photocopy of the Birth Certificate
• Photocopy of the Report Card
• Certificate of Good Moral Character
• (2) 2X2 picture

For International Student Applicants:

• Original copy of Student Visa by the Bureau of Immigration
• Photocopy of the Birth Certificate or Family Registry
• Photocopy of the Report Card
• Certificate of Good Moral Character
• Four pieces (4) 2x2 color ID photos
• Photocopy of the Passport

Entrance Exam:

Students applying for Grades 1 to 6 and first to fourth year high school must take the standardized Entrance Exam, as scheduled by the Admission Officer after successfully completing all the requirements stated above. On the other hand, Preschool applicants must take the School Readiness Test. The result of the tests shall be given two days after the examination date. Students shall be informed either by phone or mail.

For International students, they shall take additional English Test to determine proficiency level in English.

The entrance exam fee is free.

Interview:

Students who passed the entrance examination shall be scheduled for an interview with the Guidance Counselor. The interview aims to know the applicant better and to prepare him/her in facing challenges and changes that will take place.

Regular Admission:

Successful Filipino applicants shall submit additional requirements for enrollment to the Admission Officer or Guidance Counselor such as:
